Roosevelt Stewart Jr. Announces Debut Solo Album “Memory.” Gospel and worship artist Roosevelt Stewart Jr. is preparing to open a new chapter in his musical journey with Memory, his first full-length solo album under his own name.
The project brings together another side of the multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer and pastor, following years of serving through worship, collaborations and live music.
Stewart recently shared the announcement on social media, expressing his excitement over the project and what he believes God is doing through it. “ALBUM ALERT‼️🚨 Set the date – mark the calendar 📅 OCTOBER 9th – my FIRST DEBUT ‘Memory’ ALBUM RELEASES!” he wrote. He also encouraged followers to type “remind” to receive the pre-save link before adding, “🔥I’m so geeked for what God is doing- Let’s gooooo🔥.”
Raised in Fort Myers, Florida, Stewart has steadily built a name for himself within contemporary worship through his work as a worship leader, collaborator and multi-instrumentalist. He has contributed to music connected to Transformation Worship, SEU Worship, ONE HOUSE, Red Worship and other artists and collectives.
His recent work has also brought significant recognition. Stewart was featured on “What A God (Live),” which received a 2025 GMA Dove Award nomination for Worship Recorded Song of the Year. His solo single “Redeemed” continued that momentum in 2026, reaching No. 8 on the Billboard Gospel Digital Songs chart.
Memory now represents an important personal milestone as Stewart takes centre stage with a project released under his own name. Early streaming listings indicate that the album will contain 14 tracks, with some platforms displaying the title as Memory (Live). The project is scheduled to arrive on October 9, 2026.
The album also appears to build on the live worship atmosphere that has become part of Stewart’s recent musical output. Rather than simply marking another release, Memory gives listeners an opportunity to experience his artistry from a more personal and focused perspective.
As anticipation builds around the project, Stewart is inviting listeners to join him for what he describes as an exciting season of seeing God move. Memory is set to introduce a significant new chapter for the worship artist when it arrives this October.
