The reimagined version is set to release on August 22, promising a fresh yet deeply reverent take on one of the most beloved praise songs in modern Christian music.
Reflecting on the collaboration, Zschech expressed her awe and gratitude: “Somebody pinch me. If you had told a 28-year-old me that one day I would lead this song with the magnificent CeCe Winans in a room of incredible leaders of worship… there just would have been no way.”
The song carries another layer of significance for Zschech, who also served as executive producer alongside celebrated musician Michael W. Smith. She credits House of Worship Music and Dvout Music for making the collaboration possible, and most importantly, she offers her “forever thank you to Jesus for always and forever being the Saviour and Champion of the things that are deep in my heart, seen and unseen (Eph 3:20).”
Zschech, whose heart has always been to “serve these moments and Holy assignments and remain invisible,” shared her hope that through this song, listeners would see Christ glorified above all else. “STTL is still the prayer of my heart, and I pray it will always help to give voice to the prayer in you,” she said.
