Moving in the Spirit: How Siphesihle Molefe Turns Dance Into Worship. Worship Chronicle sat down with Siphesihle, a spiritual dancer, voice-over artist, and mentor to young girls, for an intimate conversation about faith, purpose, and the unique ways God uses her gifts. Known for turning movement into worship and using her voice to minister across media platforms, a 16-year-old Sihle shared how her journey began and the heart behind her calling.

The Kwa-Zulu Natal native recalled a defining moment that shifted everything in her ministry. While performing a spiritual dance, she had prayed for God to reveal the true meaning behind the movement. “I found myself moving in the Spirit,” she said. “From then, I desired to continue with that mindset and Spirit, and I can only do that through prayer and dedication.” Those early revelations became the foundation of her path, shaping how she approaches both worship and creativity today.

Sihle’s voice-over career is also deeply rooted in faith. She explained that every project she accepts is guided by purpose rather than popularity or personal gain. “My voice-over career is never about me. It is all about glorifying God and edifying His people,” she said. She added that the stories she tells and the videos she narrates become acts of ministry, offering encouragement and sharing the Word of God with listeners across different platforms.

Her commitment to faith extends to her role as a mentor. When asked about the one truth she wants young girls to carry into their futures, her answer was anchored in assurance. “Through it all, know that God is there,” she said. “I never start mentoring without praying, and I never end mentoring without sharing the Word because I want the person I am mentoring to understand that there is no greater comforter than Jesus.”

Sihle also spoke about how she handles moments when people misunderstand or dismiss spiritual dance or faith-driven art. She responded with calm wisdom. “The secret is revealed to those who seek Him in truth and in Spirit. Only revelation can elevate you,” she said, highlighting the importance of staying grounded in her calling while allowing God to touch hearts in His own timing.

To those hoping to experience worship through movement or find their authentic voice, she offered a simple but profound practical step. “Whenever you want to start to speak or dance, just pray and allow His Spirit to flow over you,” she advised.

Siphesihle Molefe continues to inspire many through her artistic expression, her voice, and her mentorship. Her journey is a reminder that creativity intertwined with faith holds the power to heal, uplift, and draw people closer to God.
