In a social media post celebrating the release, Brooke Ligertwood reflected on her longstanding friendship with John Wilds, describing him as someone who stood beside her during one of the most significant, challenging and faith-stretching seasons of her life. She also expressed gratitude for the lasting friendship she and her husband, Scotty, have shared with him.

Ligertwood revealed that although she and Wilds had worshipped together for years, they only had the opportunity to write together earlier this year. The session brought together Wilds, Josh Baldwin and Ligertwood, with Wilds arriving with a Scripture passage and much of the chorus already written.

The trio spent time reflecting on Revelation 5, drawing inspiration from its depiction of heavenly worship and the declaration of the Lamb’s worthiness. That time together helped shape the song into its final form.

Describing the sound and message of “All The Glory (Live),” Ligertwood said it carries a distinct throne-room atmosphere while reflecting Wilds’ personal passion for the glory of the Lord.

For Ligertwood, the song also holds a deeper significance beyond its musical composition. She shared her anticipation about leading it in worship, explaining that she had already witnessed God use the song to shift misplaced priorities and redirect attention towards Him.

“I personally cannot wait to lead this song,” she wrote, adding that she had been listening to the audio repeatedly since its release.

The song draws from Revelation 5:11-12, where John describes seeing and hearing countless angels surrounding the throne, the living creatures and the elders, proclaiming the worthiness of the Lamb.

The passage declares: “Worthy is the Lamb.”

Through her post, Ligertwood offered a glimpse into the friendship, Scripture and shared worship that shaped “All The Glory (Live),” while highlighting its central message: the glory of the Lord deserves the attention and devotion of His people.
