Bethany Wohrle Releases Debut Solo Album “Reason That I Sing”
Bethany Wohrle Releases Debut Solo Album “Reason That I Sing.” Bethel Music worship leader Bethany Wohrle has officially stepped into a new chapter of her musical journey with the release of her debut solo album, Reason That I Sing, available today, July 10, 2026. The long-awaited project is a deeply personal expression of worship that reflects God’s unwavering faithfulness through every season of life.
Sharing the news with listeners, Wohrle described the album as the result of a remarkable spiritual journey.
“This project has been a journey of discovering the Lord’s faithfulness in every season!” she wrote. “Each song is a testimony, and my prayer is that as you listen, heaven would meet you right where you are and remind you that HE IS FAITHFUL. If you’ve seen it before, you’ll see it again.”

The album captures years of personal growth, ministry, and songwriting, bringing together songs that were shaped through both moments of celebration and seasons of hardship. Rather than simply presenting a collection of worship tracks, Reason That I Sing tells the story of a God who remains constant through every circumstance.
Among the project’s highlights are previously released songs, including “Seen Too Much,” “He Is Here,” “That’s How I Know,” and “Outrun.” The album also features moving worship anthems such as “All Authority,” “So Close,” and “Worthy Every Time,” each pointing listeners toward God’s presence, authority, and enduring goodness.
Wohrle’s story has long been intertwined with Bethel Music. Originally from Florida, she began leading worship at an early age before relocating to Redding, California, in 2010 to attend Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and the Bethel Music Worship School. She officially became part of the Bethel Music Collective in 2018 and has since led worship on beloved songs, including “Living Hope,” “Another in the Fire,” and, more recently, on the We Must Respond project.
The heart behind Reason That I Sing is rooted in testimony. Drawing from personal experiences of grief, loss, healing, and restoration, Wohrle explains that the songs became anchors of hope for her family, reminding them of God’s presence even in life’s most difficult moments. Those experiences ultimately shaped an album that encourages listeners to trust God’s faithfulness regardless of what season they may be walking through.
Now based in Nashville, Tennessee, Wohrle serves alongside her husband, Christopher, while raising their two sons, Finnley and Silas. She continues to lead worship at Legacy Nashville and travels internationally as part of Bethel Music, carrying a message that worship is not reserved for moments of victory alone but is a response to God’s goodness in every season.
With Reason That I Sing now streaming on all major digital platforms, Bethany Wohrle invites listeners into a worship experience rooted in hope, testimony, and the unchanging character of God. Her message is simple yet powerful: the God who has been faithful before will remain faithful again, offering every listener a fresh opportunity to encounter His presence through song.
