Released on November 15, 2024, through Tribl Records, “Constant – Live” brings together Sparks with Maverick City Music, Anthony Gargiula, and Chandler Moore. The live performance captures a stirring message of faith and assurance, centring on God’s unwavering presence through life’s challenges. Its blend of soulful vocals, sincere lyrics, and worship-driven energy has resonated powerfully with audiences.

The song was co-written by a diverse and talented group that includes Anthony Gargiula, Wes Harris, Jordan Sapp, Dante Bowe, Jonathan Jay, Norman Gyamfi, Chandler Moore, and Sparks herself. Since its release, “Constant” has grown into a standout favourite in the gospel and Christian music space, drawing millions of streams and views.

In the Outstanding Gospel/Christian Song category, Sparks and her collaborators join a strong field of nominees:

  • “Church” by Tasha Cobbs Leonard featuring John Legend
  • “Do It Again” by Kirk Franklin
  • “Don’t Faint” by Jekalyn Carr

This year’s NAACP Image Awards lineup reflects the depth and influence of Black excellence across entertainment, with artists such as Kendrick Lamar, Doechii, Teyana Taylor, and Cynthia Erivo earning multiple nominations.

The 57th NAACP Image Awards will take place on Saturday, February 28, 2026, broadcasting live at 8 PM ET/PT on BET, with a simulcast on CBS from the Pasadena Civic Auditorium. Additional categories will be honoured earlier in the week during the Creative Honours events.
